Mood experience settles in Avignon, France

20 July 2015
Immochan Avignon welcomes an unseen concept in shopping center: MOOD “experience store” dedicated to accessories and connected objects.
Design accessories for smartphones, connected watches, high-tech camera, tracking generators: Here are a few items that visitors will discover from July 9 in the MOOD shop Auchan Avignon Le Pontet mall. With only 6 stores in France, it is also the first of the brand to open in a shopping center. Launched in October 2014, MOOD is a subsidiary of Generale Phone (Orange). The first shop opened in Bordeaux, has since been joined by offices in Paris, La Rochelle, Tours and Dijon. The network aims to spread throughout France, with a target of 50 to 70 stores in 2020.
The MOOD store that will open in the gallery of Avignon Immochan mall is the sixth of France and the first to open in a shopping center. This shop of 65 sqm surface is entirely dedicated to accessories for smartphones, headsets, audio, and connected objects.
Once a shop, MOOD is positioned as “experience store”, a display, simulation, discovery in which the customer can touch and manipulate objects. Ultra-connected, stores have several experimental and services areas: Wall of connected objects related to RFID, table experience, nuts bar (with designer brands like Ora-Ito, Gaultier, Kenzo) or even a service to recharge their phone time for a visit.
